Green slicing cucumbers for use in salads and raita (a cooling Indian side dish made with yogurt). May also be juiced to reduce pitta dosha in Maharishi Ayurveda. Cooling and hydrating.

Plant outdoors in warm weather after any danger of frost has passed.

Planting Instructions: Plant 12” apart when you receive the plants. Do not delay or the stems will quickly grow too long and could break. Requires warm, well-drained soil high in fertility with a pH of 6.8-7.2. Consistent watering is needed to produce an abundant crop. Cucumbers are very sensitive to cold. Make sure that both soil and air temperatures have warmed prior to planting. Mulch well and exclude cucumber beetles with row covers at planting. Trellis for best growth and production.

Light Preference: Sun.

Harvest: Cucumbers are ready to pick in about 30-40 days. Once fruit bearing begins, pick daily.
