Snapdragons (Deep Pink)
A main season or all season variety of cut or garden flowers with deep rose blooms.
Plant outside after danger of frost has passed. Snapdragons grow best in cool weather and can tolerate a light frost.
Planting Instructions: Plant 6-12” apart in rich, well-drained, moist soil with a pH of 5.5 to 5.8. Amend poor soils with an application of organic matter, such as compost. Drip irrigation is recommended or careful watering of the roots and not the flowers. Water early in the day so that the foliage is dry before nightfall to prevent disease.
Light Preference: Full sun to part shade.
Harvest: For cut flowers pick when florets on the lower third of the spike are open.
