Sweet Alyssum


Easy to grow and blooming spring to frost, sweet alyssum attracts beneficial insects with a fast and low growing habitat. Well-branching plants with dense clusters of small flowers. Excellent around vegetable plants, for edgings pathways and garden borders, and in rock gardens, window boxes, and hanging baskets.

Edible Flowers: An edible flower with a slightly sweet and peppery flavor. Sweet Alyssum is a member of the Brassica family, as are kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and many other vegetables.

Plant outside after danger of frost has passed.

Planting Instructions: Space plants 6-8” apart.
